Dinner Menu - Trenton Country Club

These are the dinner choices for our 50th reunion dinner at the Trenton Country Club on October 3, 2009.

Time: 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM


Hors D'Oeuvres - Hot (begin serving at 6:15 PM)

Coney Island Franks
Sesame Chicken
Vegetable Spring rolls
Beef Wellington
Monte Cristo
Seared Asian Tuna

Hors D'Oeuvres - Cold

Large cheese and Fruit Mirror


The sit down dinner will begin being served at 7:15 PM.

Baby Green Salad with a balsamic dressing

Trenton Country Club Double Crab Cakes
Duchess potatoes and asparagus

Choice #2
Chicken napoleon, lightly Italian seasoned chicken breast layered
with Portobello mushrooms, fresh basil, beef steak tomatoes,
fresh mozzarella cheese with balsamic demi sauce covered over
Risotto and grilled asparagus spears

Grilled vegetables
Pasta with marinara sauce to the side

Coffee, Tea and decaf

Cash Bar all night

The tables will be set up for 8 people per table.
